One of the problems that i see that ECs have is the lack of confidence, and that they feel a lot of preassure for the huge responsabilitie that they have, that it's giving fun to the players. And I had the same problem while I was EC, since I felt that all my events needed to be perfect. But this idea may fix that problem and ECs are going to be more calmed during the events, making better events, and giving people more confidence to become ECs !
